We had an amazing time during our stay in this hotel. The location is nestled in the middle of a beautiful forest and we enjoyed spending time in the hot tub while gazing out at the stars, and listening to live music in the evening around a bonfire. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the wide range of facilities including a library, and the amazing breakfast which always tasted fresh and delicious. The staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. We appreciated having easy access to nearby attractions such as Fuji Q amusement park, and being able to explore the surrounding nature.
Couldn't stay longer.

During our New Year's stay, we were blown away by the stunning views from the room, providing us with a serene and peaceful environment that was perfect for relaxation. We also loved the heated terrace tables, which were cozy and allowed us to take advantage of the spectacular location regardless of the weather. the food was fantastic and always exceeded our expectations, making every meal a memorable experience.
The staff's organization and communication could improve, especially regarding the nearby nature activities. We would have appreciated more information on the local trails' difficulty before going on the hiking tours, which were not tailored to our abilities despite claiming to be for all skill levels.

The location of the hotel was breathtaking with a fantastic view of the peak. The architecture is exceptional with private and comfortable cabins. The staff is always available and helpful. The balcony and the bathroom are lovely, allowing you to enjoy drinks and meals even in the cold weather.
The walk from the bus to the hotel could be challenging, particularly during the rainy season, with no clear signs that lead to the reception hall. There were limited meat options for the breakfast, which wasn't worth the price.

With stunning views of Mount Fuji, this hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the room advantages were outstanding, with private facilities and a high-end Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area. the service was impeccable and enhanced our experience.
The only minor negative aspect was that the location was a bit hard to reach and required a long drive. once we arrived, the serene surroundings made it worth it.
